Please note: Due to Covid 19 gatherings are now held online via Zoom.

Caregiver support (professional and informal (family/friend)) gatherings are held the first Thursday every month from 19:30 - 20:30 UK time.

A safe space to share stories and experiences of being a carer. Many carers feel that they do not receive enough support. Coming together, sharing their stories helps relieve feelings of isolation, giving a sense of belonging. Together we look at ways of creating changes that foster compassionate self care practices that are nurturing and supportive. To join complete the form on our 'Connect' page. Zoom details will then be sent to you privately.

Grief support gatherings are held the first Tuesday every month from 19:30 - 20:30 UK time.

There are so many ways we grieve. It can be from the death of loved ones, our pets, relationships ending, destruction of the environment, on and on. How do we speak about grief and death? Many people are uncomfortable talking about either and often feel isolated and alone. Here a safe space is held to share experiences of grief and loss while looking at ways to bring connection and ongoing support. Often we begin with a theme that helps to initiate our conversation. We also begin by sensing what is happening in our body, a gentle mindfulness practice to help us each land in the group together. Our conversations then open out in directions that are guided by whatever participants most wish to share. To join complete the form on our 'Connect' page. Zoom details will then be sent to you privately.

Share Our Table Gatherings are donation based. Donations are greatly appreciated. All donations can be sent via BACS. Please use our 'Connect' page to request BACS info.

Please note: These gatherings are confidential and can bring additional support but are not to replace your current health care provider.

Share Our Table (Due to Covid this is postponed until next April. Will keep you updated)

This informal gathering invites us to sit together at a table and share food and conversation. We look at what and how we eat as part of caring for ourselves and the ways this contributes to our well being both individually and as a community. Research is continually looking at how eating together can have a positive effect on mental health and well being and social inclusion. These gatherings help to restore a sense of belonging and connection in ourselves and our communities.

If you are a charity or organisation and would like us to host a gathering, then please get in touch to make arrangements.
