Compassionate companion sessions help to restore a sense of belonging and connection to yourself and the world around you. This is a safe, nurturing space for you to explore your grief. I will listen with compassion, without judgement and hold this space with you. I will guide you through simple self care practices that can support you in your time of loss. These sessions are to help you to feel safe to be with loss in ways that honour it. This is not about forgetting your grief, but rather looking at ways that you can live with it.

Free Consultation: One free 30 minute Zoom or Skype consultation is available to ensure that you are comfortable with me as someone supporting you throughout your sessions. To arrange your free 30 minute session please use the 'Connect' form. The Zoom or Skype details will then be sent to you privately.

Initially 5 sessions are recommended. Sessions are 60 minutes via Skype or Zoom for £40 each or a block of 5 sessions for £180.
