Share Our Table Gatherings (we're in person and at the farm...yay!) A day to celebrate life with a farm to table lunch, Compassionate Care workshop and time to be with the animals. Yes, we are hoping we will get to hold baby goats. All ticket sales are funding our free services for compassionate care, grief support for 1:1 and groups, End of life accompaniment and our future therapet visits to people in their homes.

This informal gathering is a celebration of life. We sit together at a table and share food and conversation. We look at what and how we eat as part of caring for ourselves and the ways this contributes to our well being both individually and as a community. Research is continually looking at how eating together can have a positive effect on mental health and well being and social inclusion.

Workshops are rooted in exploring simple ways we can care for ourselves with compassion and kindness. You will learn simple ways to practice relaxation in your life. And you will have time to spend with wonderful farm animals, the goats, pigs, chickens and more! Being with animals on the farms has  become a growing part of our work. Animals can be like bridges that help humans to re-connect to themselves and the world around them. More and more research is showing how animals can assist us with calming our nervous systems, relieving depression and anxiety, and bringing a sense of connection and compassion with ourselves and other beings.

These gatherings help to restore a sense of belonging and connection in ourselves and our communities. And it's lots of fun!
